Group rates: the basic requirements
To qualify for group rates, the requirements are:
- Minimum of 8 rooms must be booked (regardless of guest count).
- 15th adult receives complimentary accommodation on a twin-sharing basis.
- Two representatives may do an inspection visit before confirming. The first 3 nights are charged at the quoted group rate.
- If the group materialises, the inspection accommodation cost is deducted from the final invoice.
