SALT Bakery
BREAD AND VIENNOISERIES DISPLAYED
Indulge in artisanal breads and pastries that are slow-fermented and always fresh from the oven. Our bakers combine the traditional flair of French breadmaking with the incredible flavours of Mauritian fruits. Accompanying the baked goods are homemade nut butter, tropical jams, and seasonal marmalades. And don’t miss our freshly-roasted, barista-brewed coffee blend (Brazil, Guatemala, Ethiopia) served from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Join us for a traditional Mauritian teatime, where you can enjoy tea, coffee, and delectable pastries. It’s a cherished tradition that has stood the test of time.
The Rooftop Bar
Relax and unwind at our rooftop bar with stunning views of the ocean. Our bartenders have crafted a dreamy selection of cocktails inspired by the mountains of the island. It’s the perfect spot for a laid-back aperitivo experience.
Tek Tek
Deeply inspired by Mauritius’ rich culinary heritage, this intimate restaurant offers a truly immersive dining journey. With seating for just 10 guests, each evening unfolds as a curated six- to eight-course experience, celebrating the island’s finest locally sourced fish, seafood, and venison. Rooted in the TerraMar philosophy, every dish beautifully fuses land and sea, honouring homegrown ingredients and time-honoured techniques.
Two seatings: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. (closed Wednesdays).
Not included in meal plans. A 25% discount on food (excluding drinks) applies for Half Board, Full Board, and All-Inclusive guests.
