The requirements to qualify for group rates are:

A minimum of 8 rooms must be booked, regardless of the number of guests staying.
The 15th adult will receive complimentary accommodation on a twin-sharing basis.
Two representatives are allowed to carry out an inspection visit at the Hotel before confirming the booking. The first three nights of their stay will be charged at the quoted group rate.
If the group materializes, the accommodation costs will be deducted from the final invoice.
